Salsa and Cumbia are rhythms that invite you to move, enjoy, and connect with the music. Through their steps, travelling patterns, and sequences, you develop coordination, rhythm, musicality, and body confidence.
At Luz de Luna, the classes are designed as a space to learn while enjoying the process. We work on the basics of each rhythm and advance progressively so that each person can feel more comfortable and confident when dancing.
It doesn't matter if you've never danced before. You can start from scratch, learn to follow the rhythm, and discover the pleasure of sharing music through movement.
