Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Academia Luz de Luna website (the Site). By accessing or browsing it, you agree to comply with them.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is informational: it presents the Academy, its disciplines, instructors and performances, and makes it easy to get in touch to enroll.
You agree to use it lawfully, without affecting its operation or the rights of the Academy or third parties, and in accordance with Mexico's laws.
2. Class, schedule and performance information
Published schedules, levels, availability, prices and dates are informational and may change without notice. Sending the enrollment form isn't an enrollment and doesn't reserve a spot.
Enrollment is completed directly with the Academy, and classes are governed by its internal rules, provided at enrollment.
3. Minors
If you are a minor, you must use the enrollment form with the supervision and consent of your parent or guardian, who will be responsible for the information provided.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's texts, photos, videos, choreographies, logos and graphic design belong to the Academy or their respective authors and are protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law.
Academia Luz de Luna® is a trademark registered with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. Its name and logo may not be used without the Academy's prior written authorization.
Without the Academy's prior written authorization, it is forbidden to:
- Download, copy, reproduce or distribute the Site's photos and other content.
- Embed the Site's images on other websites (hotlinking).
- Extract content automatically (scraping).
- Use the Site's content to train or feed artificial intelligence systems.
5. Students' images
Photos of students are published with the authorization they give in writing on the enrollment form (or their parent or guardian's, for minors). If you appear on the Site and want your image removed, see the procedure in section 5 of the Privacy Notice.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to or embeds third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google Maps. The Academy doesn't control their content or practices, and their use is governed by each provider's terms and policies.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
The Academy strives to keep the Site accurate and available, but the Site is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Academy won't be liable for damages arising from the Site's unavailability, errors in its content, or your use of the published information, except where the law doesn't allow such liability to be excluded.
8. Site development and maintenance
The Site was developed and is maintained by Onca Vega®, which provides technology services to the Academy as an external provider.
Onca Vega isn't responsible for the published content, the Academy's operations, its classes or services, or decisions about personal data processing, which belong to the Academy.
The Site's source code, architecture and technical components are the exclusive property of Onca Vega, which provides the Site to the Academy as a sponsorship. This sponsorship doesn't transfer ownership of the code to the Academy, nor ownership of the Academy's content, trademarks and images to Onca Vega; these remain the Academy's.
10. Privacy Notice
The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice, which is part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes
The Academy may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page, updating the version date shown at the top; continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept them.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
